By accessing or using NewsTally and its social platform Socialgati, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use NewsTally
• Users under 18 should use the platform with parental guidance
• By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement

• You are responsible for maintaining your account security
• Username must be unique — 3 to 30 characters, only letters, numbers, dots and underscores
• You may not impersonate others or use false information
• Sharing your account credentials is not permitted
• NewsTally may suspend accounts that violate these terms

You agree NOT to post or share content that:

• Contains hate speech, harassment, threats or abuse
• Spreads misinformation, fake news or deceptive content
• Is sexually explicit, violent or inappropriate
• Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Promotes illegal activities or substances
• Is spam or excessive unsolicited promotion

• Maximum 5 posts per minute to prevent spam
• Same news article can only be reposted once per user
• Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension

News articles on NewsTally are sourced from licensed third-party APIs and public domain sources. We display headlines, summaries and links to original articles. NewsTally does not claim ownership of third-party news content. All news is attributed to its original source.

NewsTally reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.

NewsTally is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform. News accuracy depends on original sources.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
